The Power of Your Name

The power of names is all around you… 

I am 31 years old, and just this year, I decided to change my name…hello world, my name is Stormy Sage (I know I’ve told you this already, but bear with me…I’m going somewhere with this, lol) 

Ok, the power of what a name holds can apply to so many things in your life besides your first name. I realize not everyone can/want/would/should change their name, but that doesn’t mean you can’t utilize the power of this shift in other ways. 

Let me explain 👇🏻

I name each chapter/season of life I am in. 

I name each car I have had. 

I name my podcast. 

I name my home. 

I name my business. 

I name my computer. 

I nickname my current partner… 

The list goes on, and honestly, I didn’t realize I was doing this so much until I started to dig deep into the power of a name. 

Simply deciding to change the name of something alone will completely shift the energy…try it somewhere in your life and see what unfolds. 

I started to have a new embodiment of my soul once I decided to listen & trust my soul for what it wanted to be called. 

For a moment, I thought about everything people in my life would say…family, coworkers, friends, and strangers on the internet in my DMs, lol. 

I almost didn’t do it out of fear of “what would people think??” I knew this thought was DEFINITELY not the energy I wanted to live in, so I jumped in full throttle…introducing myself as Stormy to the people around me. 

So… ask yourself this:
